PLEASE READ:
Because the success of the band is largely dependent on volunteer help, our expectation is that every family contributes a minimum of six volunteer hours per band member (not including volunteer hours during the Chicagoland Invitational Concert Band Festival). Let us know which activities interest you. Yes - volunteering takes time, but it is time well spent!

If you have questions before you want to commit to anything, no problem!
Please feel free to contact us at volunteers@herseyband.com
or call 847.392.9868.

In addition, each family will be asked to volunteer at our major fundraising event, the Chicagoland Concert Band Festival, in the spring.
A separate volunteer sheet will be sent for that event.

Please list any skills/talents/connections that you have that may benefit the bands. Some examples are given in parentheses—don't leave anything out!
